- 1-Year Battery Warranty — Every battery replacement is covered 12 months against premature degradation.
- 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty — All charging ports, micro-soldering, and internal hardware repairs are covered for 90 days.

How to apply your benefit:
- In-store: present your tribal enrollment ID or CDIB card at the counter.
- Online: verify your tribal membership in your account before checkout. Once you are verified, the discount applies automatically.
Washington sales tax applies to repair services and is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Appointments & Mail-In
- Priority appointments — Book online for guaranteed instant technician assignment on arrival.
- Mail-in service — Average turnaround: 24–48 hours from receipt.
- Mail-in diagnostic fee: $40 mail-in diagnostic fee, paid when you order your kit. If we repair your device, the full $40 is credited toward your repair. If your device can't be repaired, or you decide not to go ahead after your quote, we keep the fee to cover diagnosis and return shipping.
- Canceling your kit order: The $40 diagnostic fee is credited toward an approved repair. If you cancel before your kit ships, you get a full refund. Once your kit ships, we keep the full $40. We pay return shipping.
